    Any recomendatjions?

    I am 48 in pretty good shape and would like to add something to my workout routine. My goal is to add muscle and strength. I don't want to bulk up as I do play adult league baseball. Thanks for any responses.

    not quite, but close

    during bulking you add muscle, but if you cut correctly you can still build muscle, just not as well as bulking, the main difference in the two is the way your diet is set up
