my bench is week cause I've fuct my shoulders up so many times from football in high school. I can only get up 275.
My curls are strong, but my tri's will only let me do certain exercises without getting elbow pain. Back is fuct.
squats don't bother my knees either, so that's a plus

I usually follow my heavy set of squats up with a drop set at 275 for form and get way low. It's funny how light it feels after going heavy. I don't know if it's helping me or not though.
