    lol well i don't deadlift anymore i got sciatica from doin that shit but when i was 150 i was deadlifting 375 and only been doin it a couple of weeks and yea you might can squat more cause i've only been squatting for almost a year but i gurantee your not benching more than me not natural anyway

    I struggle when I go for 390 and I'm sure it wouldn't "count". But I can hit your weight all damn day.

    cell tech now sucks...the old cell tech from a couple of years back was the shit i don't know if it helped me alot but it sure as hell felt like it

    thought it may be worth mentioning that at MISSOU, my sister is 130 and can dead nearly 315. you and her could compete.
