Im glad u posted this. This is the exact type study bs supp manufacturers refer to when they say argenine stimulates hgh ....did u see the dose? 30 grams administered iv ? gimme a break ...orally it is useless and even at the iv dose it would be virtually useless for our purposes - esp due to short duration of higher levels. The other bunk it that because hgh is actually comprised of amino acid chains - that by orally taking amino acid blends gh can be stimulated - more BS .... Dont believe it - or do and waste you money....
