first of all the 425 is just about normal, 500 is normal (any age below 35) - docs normally dont treat any thing less than 135...

the real question is have you gotten a full male blood work up?

you really need an endo doc., and full blood work up...

as for adding to the androgel... the stuff they give you is not a aas cycle it is hormone replacement thearpy... replacement to normal test levels.... if you go higher it will start being a cycle and other issues come up as possiblilties

what are your goals with the hrt ? from what i know your test levels should be between 500 and 800 - any one correct me if i have stated any thing in correctly - i am not a doc but i have done tons of reading up on this
