I used deca for a half marathon and it seemed to help. There was nothing measurable since I did not have a previous time at the half marathon course, I just felt less tired, faster, etc.

I think the EQ would do the same thing, as far as dosage I was doing around 100 mg per week, which is considered a "non-existent" dose as far as bodybuilders are concerned but with only the goal of better time/endurance, it seemed to help.

FYI I had a physical around the time of the race and my doctor said "your red blood cell count is high".

As far as I can rememer, few years back U.S. track runners admitted to using winstrol for 100m relays but I'm not sure if it would really help for 10k plus you don't have access to winstrol anyways.

Winstrol will help your performance in anything athletic.

But I would avoid winstrol, my understanding is that studies show it is bad for joints. That it actaully decreases the ability of your joints to heal, withstand impact, etc.

Do a search under "collagen synthesis" in these forums. My memory is that deca, equipoise, anavar, and primobolan are the only AAS that do not make joints weaker and more susceptible to injury.

But winstrol was the worst in that issue: joints weaker and more susceptible to injury.

ye all im gonna say is your gonna leave your joints right back at the 200m mark! i am an athlete, i train 6days a week intense, wini is not good for your joints,i had to blag a groin injury, my knees and elbows felt as if they had gained 50lb and were throbbin from tennis elbow.
