Minus the protien powders I still eat 220g of protein a day. But yer im really starting to get over the protein shakes but they are a quick source of protien and amino acids.

i agree with that, just something i noticed because they really are overrated and unnecessary IMO, i used to carry them with me everywhere, but now i just keep a tub of oats, water, cups, spoons, splenda, and tuna packets in the trunk of my car, good clean meal anytime i need it
