how many days a week do you workout on cycle

just wanted to get different opinions. i know some people workout 4 days a week while others go 6 and even 7 days. im about to start a bulking cycle and i want to get the best results possible. how many days a week should i lift. i usually workout about 4 days a week, but i want to get the most out of the juice, and i know its hard to overtrain on gear.

Yep, usually the same as when off cycle, just more intense on. Usually 4-5 days a week for me

i go at least 5. Sometimes 6. Sometimes 7. But after 7 i take at least 2 days off. Just depends on how I feel. YOu have to listen to your body and know how hard you can push while getting good rest. Smaller muscle groups I find can be worked SOMETIMES twice a week. Not always. Some workouts hit um harder. For instance on a week with alot of front squat for legs Ill only do biceps and shoulders once that week because the front squat rests alot on those muscle groups even tho youre keeping your elbows high and resting the weight closer to your chest. It just depends on how I feel. Larger muscle groups need more rest. Ill leave back, quads, glutes, chest alone and very rarely train them more than once a week.

I basically life every other day. I lift as a powerlifter/olympic lifter so its heavy and intense. It works out to once per 6 days for squat, deads, etc etc. I do some form on basic cardio 5-6 days a week also (mostly fast walking for 30-60min).

    DSM do you gear up?

This is of course asking you if you use AAS. Not any other thing that you may somehow expertly twist into a sexual reference.

I have in the past. And like 80% of the people on here , i did it too early. I haven't cycled in about 4-5 years and my lifts/results are better now than they were when i was on.

People really have no clue how important diet & lifting knowledge is. They think because they can do a squat that their ready.

Too many variables to come up with a hard and fast rule for how many days a week to work out. Depends on so many things: how much sleep you get, bulking or cutting, how much cardio you do, if you have a desk or physical labor job. Basically just really need to listen to your body. And it is very easy to overtrain on AAS. Your muscles may be ready to train again but your CNS doesn't get ready any quicker because of AAS.

If you start to not have the usual focus, intensity, desire and/or energy in the gym then you are over training. That is how i tell.
