alright well here are my stats....
age-19
height-5'10
weight-fluctuates around 198-202
bodyfat- 12-13% (I have been Bulking fer the past few months)
diet- pretty clean bulk, trying to get in a over 3k calories a day
training- As of right now i have switched up to full body 2 days monday and friday(maybe 2 months ago did a 5 day split, and was in a serious plateau...so switched to full body 2 days in the attempt to gain more mass on my off days.
My Goals would be to be around a solid 225-240, and interests, i really dont no what type of cycle or anything to even start.
