That thread was a good time. The cliffnotes version of what I've been up to: finally finished all that schoolin' and entered that "real world" i'd heard so much about. So far so good. Still religiously hitting the gym, but in a more scattered/ADD type way, getting hardcore into powerlifting for about two months, then getting interested in traditional bodybuidling, then agility/bodyweight exercises....
I'd like to start getting back into the swing of things in the workout and diet section of the board again...
