ok, thats great info thanks alot. Ill just drop the ephedrine then(I assume sticking with caffeine is ok)...if I wanted to take clen for three weeks before trip should I be taking ketotifen while Im on it?

yeah, general rule is to run keto at 2-3mg/day during a clen cycle and you can run the clen 6-8 weeks continuous this way

take the keto at night as it makes you really sleepy
