I am 5 10 and 235 out of shape and just started back at the gym. I will be getting a cyponate prescription this week. I was told that cyponate adds water and doesnt help a whole lot with fat burning. I want to put on some muscle and loose my gut and excess fat. I am trying to eat right and weight lifting and cardio. My goal is to loose gut and unwanted fat and add some muscle. I want to appear physically fit not look like arnold. I also have 5 weeks of hcg i think to come down easy after 13 weeks of ciponate. Can some of you pros tell me what to exspect and any advice to reaching my goals.
