I LOATHE cooked eggs. Just the smell of them cooking makes me want to vomit. I've had raw before and while a bit slimy it wasn't bad at all. Now that it's been revealed to me that the pasteurized whites in a carton have a higher bioavailability than straight raw I'm going to give them a shot.

i think there are different forms of A.D.D.
i def have one kind. i can't pay attention to someone talking for longer than a minute or two and then i'm off in my world. unless it's something very strongly motivating and the speaker is very dynamic, then i'm good for five to ten minutes.

I like the elliptical better since it's lower impact and when it starts getting warm I will swim a lot but I'm trying to drop a lot of weight so that I can get in bikini shape

that depends, one pound of fat has 3500 calories, so factoring that into an equation with the other variables like her stats, percentage of fat burned during workout and such, you could get the duration
most was probably water, to gain 10 pounds of pure fat in 4 days you would have to eat 8750cal in excess each day

Yeah I'm hoping that most of it is water weight or something because I just am really upset about gaining that much weight in such a short period of time.

I don't think I consumed anywhere near that amount of calories, especially when I walked everywhere I went, it's not like I just sat in the hotel and crammed food in my mouth. It's just so damn depressing, but I just took a water pill and I'm going to hope that I can get it off here quick along with 20 other lbs.
