pct for dbol/test-e???

Nolvadex: 40/40/20/20 (Week 1-4 of PCT)
Clomid: 50/50/50/50 (Week1-4 of PCT)

On cycle I'd recommend 0.25mg Arimidex twice per week if your worried about gyno/bloat.

should i run arimidex from week 1, .25mg twice a week until week 12??
and if I still see gyno symptoms i just bump it to .25mg EOD??
