Injection Gone Bad, Help

How Often Does This Happen To U Guys?
Any possibility of getting an infection from this?
What signs should i look for before seeing a doctor?
Is this an abcess?
Anyway to avoid this from happening again?
Is my injection wasted or did just a little bit get under the skin?
Right now im at work and all seems fine. When i feel and rub the area it feels flat and back to normal. No pain, no swelling, and no more hardness. Im sure all is good with me hopefully but would just like a little more info on the topic to prevent this from happening again. Thanks!

Bump for anyone who can help me with these questions please. What would u call this that happened?
I also have cephalexin 250mg and Doxycycline 100mg caps on hand. Should i take any. Is their any chance of getting an infection from this? Or am i just over anaylizing this and i should be fine? Thanks!
