    First anavar only cycle opinions needed

    Ok this is my first cycle, after much research I have decided to do anavar only cycle for 10 wks at 80 mgs. I know a lot of you probaby think anavar is a poor choice for a fist cycle but I have my reasons that I don't want to get into right now. I am hoping next cycle, I will do test-e only.
    My stats are 26 yrs 5' 11" 140 pounds work out every 4 days or so not hard core. I know a lot of you are saying "what you are to under weight for steroids" but from what I understand anavar is used for gaining weight in under weight people. Not only that but I am pretty weak for a 26 yr old.
    Any thoughts on PCT, liver support and how effective a cycle like that would be for overall strength gains to keep.

    Any thoughts guys.

    140 is ridiculously light for someone who is 5'11. I would start by posting your diet in the diet forum. Secondly I'm sure you already have made your mind up with this cycle, so I'm not going to attempt to talk you out of it because i'm sure I will be unsuccessful. With that said, I would hope you would atleast correct your diet before you start so you can get the most out of it, as i'm sure judging by your weight, your diet is the number one issue here.

    With that aside, I like the dosage, I like the length. I also ran a var only cycle as one of my first cycles, so with that said it's not uncommon if your diet is right to gain 5-10lbs of lean muscle with this being your first cycle. Plus strength will definitely be noticeable. Run milk thistle throughout the cycle, and you'll need to get some clomid for pct as a bare minimum, may even want to go a step farther and get some nolva as well for pct

    you don't need steroids , you need FOOD !!!

    you should be able to get to 190-200 NATURALLY before ever needing steroids

    if you can't grow to your natural potential without steroids, then chances are you won't gain much, and what you do gain will be lost after you are done

    DIET is the first place to make adjustments !!!

    agreed clean heavy diet.....and no var is not the best for mass.....do some more research and eat while you do it!

    Not exactly what I wanted to hear but at least your honest. Will revaluate though. BTW I know anavar is not best for mass, test is.But anavar is used for gaining a healthy weight. I'm sure you already knew that though. Well anyway. Thanks Guys.

    You should write down everything you eat tomorrow. Literally everything, keep a piece of paper / pencil with you. Then post it in the diet forum section. I'm sure we can help you via the natural bulking route.

    Hey man while I agree that you need to EAT, I think Anavar will do you wonders. If you've been training for a while and your eating good but are one of those hard gainers, then the gear will do you good. But I bet the reason you are going for the Annies is that you are hesitant about injecting. If I were your anabolic doctor - I'd put you on 3000 clean calories a day and 500 mgs of test a week. I wouldn't worry about taking milk thistle with just annies - its a mild drug that 5 year old kids take. Its expensive and yes, yes, it does produce good lean gains - but WTF? I don't do gear to add five lousy pounds - I always shoot for 12-15 pounds if not more -with the only exception being when I'm running stuff while dieting down.
