gotcha i have to agree...my diet is spot on..high protein...low carb...low calories. Feeling a little tired from the normally high carb bulking diet but ive lost a ton of bf in the first week alone that ive started. its amazing how if ur training rocks...u got the right supps, but ur diet sucks, the basic laws of energy and mass with calories with smash u. Im also gunna be taking caffiene pills to suppress appetite a bit and keep my energy levels up for my cardio...right now i have cardio 7 days a week and intensity is high. Im getting stronger too but mostly fast loss. Hoping clen will speed both up a little bit along with the ceffeine
