Yeah thats the stock cooler on the VGA card (which stopped spinning)
Figured I'd be better off buying an aftermarket cooler rather than waiting to have it repaired if they didnt replace it straight away

Its a VGA cooler, not a CPU cooler - just the same design as their CPU cooler
