I haven't read about caber in forever. But if I wanted to use it just for shits and giggles, the dose is .5 mg every 3 days if I remember right....right?

not to butt in , but i've used 0.25mg twice weekly with good result. (spooooooooge...)

i spent a lot of time growing up with aunts and uncles. but there were not real religious. they were Jews-LITE. I didn't really learn all the Jew stuff until I visited Israel as an adult and then moved to South Bend where a lot of religious freaks live.

well if your not gonna be on cycle id say you can even go lower to
.25mcg every 3 days

and it would def work.

more important is your individual RESPONSE to the drug relative to your SIDES

so like dukit said, start low, and slowly increase if needed.

did arms and abs yesterday
I rocked my abs so hard it was tough to sleep with all the soreness, everytime I moved it woke me up. If I tried to shift position using my arms, that hurt too.

Yeah it was awesome last year. I was meaning to go to austin city limits too, but couldn't make it.

I hear they are making a woodstock 09. in august. up in new york. I think I might try to make it lol

i did bi/tris yesterday and was having a great workout, but it got screwed up cause this dude decided to try to be all cool and put 6 45s on each side of the leg press, which is all the 45s in that area so i couldn't do close grip presses, then someone took my spot on the cables, so i walked back to ask the dude on leg press how many more ego sets he was gonna do and someone took the smith machine i had set up for close grip

after all that the rest of the workout was good, i was pissed so i was lifting like crazy and people were staying out of my way
