I think the question really is, are you actually/really symptomatic?
I definitely had symptoms when my test hit 429.
I could only sleep 4 hours a night.
I could only work out 2 twice a week and it would take a full 3-4 days to recover from a moderate workout.
I was exhausted 24/7. No energy, none. I only exercised because of sheer will and forcing myself to every week.
Constant depression from feeling tired 24/7
Doing my desk job became very difficult.
I would often pass out for 2 hours in the middle of the work day.
    And thats at 429!!!

I just started TRT after my TEST hit about 270. At this level, I didnt want to live to the rest of my life like this. If there was no solution, I would have ended up suicidal in a couple of years.

People who can still exercise/lift 5-7 times a week have no idea what low TRT really is IMHO.

I could barely handle a 20 min slow walk with my girlfriend without crashing and passing out afterwards! Imagine simply walking a mile seeming like a herculean effort.
Or at its worst, getting off the couch seeming a lot harder than running 5 miles when I was 20 years old. Its crippling.

even worse, think of how many guys go most of their lives like that and never get proper treatment or any treatment at all. especially because they were "in range".

i wonder how many of those cases lead to suicide?

I'm one of those guys. At age 11 it was obvious to my doctor that I was underdeveloped for my age and suggested hormone therapy. The therapy wasn't covered under my parents health plan so I went untreated.
At age 20 I became extremely suicidal because I felt like I had never developed into a man. At age 25 (when I started training with weights) I was 6' and 130lbs on an extremely narrow frame.
Now at age 40, I'm 6' about 180lb. and 22% BF, (this is after weight training for 15 years on and off.. mostly on). I still get really depressed a lot and It's tough to be out in public most of the time.
Im really not sure what my point is, I was just searching the forums to see if I could find any info on growth hormone therapy for 40 year olds

yeah i started lifting weights at 15 i was 5'8 110 pounds, couldnt even do one pushup or bench press the bar. i had to start off with 10 pound plates on the smith. anyway,c after working out for a school year i grew a lot taller, but barely gained weight (went up to 5'11.5 (125) i got a shitload stronger though. ive got no point to this, but i do not want to end up like you man. im stronger than alot of guys bigger than me because my nervous system has put on a good bit of stregth but im too skinny.

btw i called the neurologist today. he told jme to come in with the mri films on thursday. i guess he found a tumor in my mris report?? :.

edit just noticed your 22 percent bf. dude i think you should look into trt. 40 and 6'0 180 is skinny at 6 percent let alone 22 percent. i doubt im over 13.

I guess the reason I posted was to say don't end up like me.

Yeah I know 22% is probably unhealthy too. I'm looking into HGH or maybe starting an AS cycle on my own.

Good luck with your MRI results man

my best advice to you is to look at the videos from my urologist in the original post of this thread. he knows his shit from what ican see. and that is why if i get a clean bill of health im going to him for my trt.
my second advice is for you not to go on hgh or aas. it can have long term health effect. i would just go on trt for life from a doctor who will prescribe it for you.
besides wont hgh give you the hgh belly.

thanks man i hope ill be alright.
