I have not taken it, but I would start with whatever the suggested use is.

    How much do you weigh?

I weigh 220. 1 serving is 1.5g, and it says take only 1 time a day. Must be strong creatine.

'Strong' wouldn't be the correct word. 'Efficiently absorbed' would fit better.

I am skeptical of this stuff. The website is full of garbage.

Skeptical? Why? It's just a micronized creatine monohydrate.

I claims many things on the site. They say it is creatine monohydrate buffered as to avoid stomach acids. They then go on to say that it is not converted to creatinine. I find this absurd. They publish studies which look like something put together by college freshman which claim a 200% greater increase in strength over standard monohydrate. They have a "doctor", of what they don't say, give a testimonial. Any time they call someone a doctor but don't put M.D. or D.O. behind the name you can bet that they are not a physician. That they would attempt to give that impression is telling of their integrity.

If it is mono + stuff well I think it is likely its no worse than mono. I oject to their outrageous website claims.

Yea, I'm not a fan of all that either. Although, most supplements have similar ridiculous claims. but you gotta just take it for what it is, and for what we all know it is. A creatine monohydrate.

So did you take the recommended dosage, or more?
Ill prob. do 1 scoop in morning and 1 after workout.

I take the recommended dosage. Taking more than the recommended dose may be a waste.

I like it just for the fact of the PH balance. Taking acidic compounds and making it now alkalyn based is simple and pretty revolutionary. I don't mean monohydrate is like taking battery acid but everything we ingest falls somewhere on the spectrum. I still get the same strength gains but my face doesn't blow up like a puffer fish. Creatine is one of the few supps ever proven to work, based on most of the research I have seen 5 gms showed measurable gains in strength/power/CSA. my 2 cents hope someone adds a little more.
