    the bottle says 100mcg/60ml so i guess if i wana take ass my first dosage 40 mcg that would be how many ml? i dont know i suck at math sorry

    so I am guessing that means that each ML = 100 mcgs, and you have 60 ml

    so basically you want .4 of a ml to get your 40 mcgs
