First. you are too young to be using steroids IMO.
as far as the dbol dose. 25-40mg is a good starting dose.
20cc of test tells me nothing. how many mg/ml do you have?
yes it is ok to take a nitric oxide/creatine supplement.

As far as mg per ml or whatever, I have no clue as of yet. I'll be getting it in soon. I believe its 20 ml or something, I'll let you guys know exactly when I get it because I forgot the exact number. As far as being too young, yeah you may be right. My diet looks good, same with my lifting routine.
Whoever asked about my bodyfat, I would say around between 9% and 11%. My bodytype is mesomorphic. I went to a tiny high school in a small town so I played sports year around and didn't lift a whole lot until I got out of high-school. I lifted in the spring during my off-season period and in the summer to prep for football. In high-school though, I weighed around 170 pounds year around which isn't bad for 5'10 at that age. Lifts were around 270 bench, 385 squat, 335 deadlift.
Now that I have graduated and am in college, I lift 5-6 days a week and since I started lifting so much I basically exploded out of my shell. I had guys and girls and parents I went to high-school with that asked me if I was on anything and whatnot haha, but I've only really taken supplements like SuperPump, Size-On, and Arimatest, and the occasional Arson for when I want to lean up. Other than that though I haven't touched anything else. The only reason I think I'm ready to use AS is because I'm slowly, slowly gaining strength compared to the gains I was making past 2 and a half years. My bench is now 350, Squat still only around 435 but I have too much pressure on my spine so I stick to leg press. Deadlift still pretty good as well. I've been reading these boards for a long time, and have a lot of guys I play sports with, work-out with, know, etc.. that have cycled and have had between minimal and maximum results. I think with my lifting knowledge, knowing how to eat properly and the last bit of information I needed from all of you that I'm ready. Here is a sample of my lifting throughout the week..
Mon - Chest / Core
Tues - Back / Bi's
Wed - Legs / Core
Thurs - Shoulders / Traps
Friday -Tri's / Forearm's / Calves
Sat - Abs / Core
Sun - Rest
I used to lift twice a day last year but I changed to one muscle group per day per week.
My diet is usually along the lines of this, however I do cheat and eat junkfood such as pizza, hamburgers, chinese food maybe once or twice a week for a meal..
Meal 1 - Full Quaker Serving of Original Oatmeal with 1 scoop (25g of whey) protein and 5-6 egg whites
Meal 2 - Apple and Protein Shake
Meal 3 - My favorite - Big bag of seasoned ground beef with vegetables, mostly brocolli
Meal 4 - Usually my pre-workout, and I'll just have 1 scoop of whey mixed with water.
Meal 5 - Post work-out and its just two scoops of chocolate whey with chocolate syrup for the added sugar
Meal 6 - Giant grilled chicken breast with brown rice, about a cup of it and maybe a small salad
Meal 7 - 2 scoops of casein protein mixed with water and it tastes like shit
PS - I can post pictures if anyone wants to see some so I have before and after pics.
