    it also seems you dont' have the real commitment mentality to stick with weight training and diet that you NEED in order to run steroids..

    you do a cycle then stop training......then you do a cycle and stop training.....


    How about we get you up to a SOLID 200-210 BEFORE you touch another steroid and then lets see if you are still dedicated to growing correctly?

    NO OFFENSE intended, but I do not think you should be using any steroids at this point at all

    So i started at 130lbs, trained for 6 months before cycling. I started my first cycle at 142lbs. Did a 10 week run of test ent 250mg, deca 200mg(I believe). i think i got up to 162lbs at my peak then dropped down to 158lb after pct and such. Stared my next cycle after the appropriate waiting period which was test ent 500mg, deca 300mg for 10 weeks with dbols frontloaded. This got me up to 183lbs during my peak, then after pct and more training i kept 175lbs. Then i stopped trainng for 6 motnhs and eating regularly and lost weight. Im the type of person that if im not going to the gym and eating regularly i lose weight fast. I ended up down at 166lbs when i started training and eating right again i got up to 170lbs. Then i did a a T400mg, and 300mg deca run but didnt gain much of that and got a bad case of gyno. Then i did a cycle of test ent 500mg and tren 250mg and got even more gyno and only ended up at 175lbs. I beleive the gyno and prolactin i got from my last cycle was due to poor information regarding taking nolva with this cycle.

    N e ways, is it really that hard to beleive i am where i am given these course of events? I know i need to get my diet in check.

    Any recommendations as far as a training routine? I have been going 5 days a week forever and always have. Mostly one body part a day, 8 - 10 reps 3 -4 sets when on juice. higher reps when im not.
