    diet summary/# meals per day
    years lifting / workout split
    cycle experience
    pct/estrogen control knowledge
    goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)

    6 meals - 3 shake (1/2 dose, eggwhites, flaxseed oil), Lunch, supper, afternon snack and late supper

    no cycle exp. 1st cycle 500mg test E, 40mg dbol 4 weeks, Nolva clomid pct and HCG last 2weeks of my cycle and 2 weeks before PCT (4 weeks total)

    Current goal to be huge - Yes I want to be shamelessly big

    Should I keep the NO?

    i would like to see your diet in detail, and i mean detail, amounts and macros if possible

    no point in running supps on cycle except a good preworkout mix and some liver protectants, multiV etc...

    Sorry guys when I read this post i didn't catch the no cycle exp. I just seen then 1st cycle 500mg test e ,40mg dbol for 4 weeks and I thought he was saying his first cycle my bad.
