250 teste a week is too less.
atleast 400 ~500 mg ...and it must pinned every 3.5 days(example Monday morning and thursday evening)

bs. 250mg per week brings you to more than double of your normal test production - that s not enough for a beginner?

half time of test e is 5 days, so even if it is not ideal to inject every 7days it is still ok in that context. level fluctuation is overrated.
