thankyou . m8 . so a 12 week course 2 week pct . then stay away for 14 weeks . and work even harder in the gym and watch you food intake like a hawk . thats what ive picked up . seems very easy to go backward if your not carefull . the depression bit scares me a bit . hell im already a moody fecker lol . dont want to moan any more than i do . the wife might leave me . ....
