exactly, 1) DIET DIET DIET, 2)CARDIO, 3)lifting, but honestly it sounds like your lifting more then you cardio, i would totaly swap that around, and i would cardio more than 3 times aweek, when im cutting, i lift, then i go and do about 45mins of core and cardio.
