Where is the real mad matt

I am recently back from an undisclosed location (in PA) and I used my spy gear to listen in. I heard a voice that sounded like either our target or the elusive spy Fat Bastard, however there was mostly heaving breathing and muffled conversation.

One voice was saying "I think you might be...Soulmate"

the other voice was saying "shut up and take this..." I lost the signal at that point.

I think they are doing something important but I am not sure what. Maybe they are moving heavy stuff? How does this fit with current intel?

Who is this "Soulmate", and does it have any bearing on the case?
