    Height- 5'11
    Weight-162
    BF-15%
    Age 20( I know, i know).
    No cycle history
    Worked out on and off
    Dosage- 250mg ( Buddy says lets start of with that and see how it goes, since im 20 and my test levels are thru the roof).
    PCT- NOLVADEX AND CLOMID
    Diet- It was lacking , but before the cycle i started eating a lot and starting gaining weight and now my appetite is going up. So im eating- Oatmeal/steak/pasta/rice/chicken/eggs/Protein. About 3-3500 calories a day.
    NO AI for gyno and WR ,but buddy and me is constantly checking for signs and nothing.

    Well I know you're going to get a lot of this.... 'you should have never started a cycle' and I happen to agree with that but..... you have started so now it's time to go from there....

    1.) you should run 500mg a week 250mg twice a week. (250mg will help obviously but most would suggest running 500mg per week)
    2.) Try to make your rice BROWN rice and your pasta WHOLE WHEAT... I suggest hitting up the diet forum......in the stickys you'll find some awesome information
    3.)try not to listen to your 'buddy' and do your own digging around and research, it'll help you out big time!

    *Do you inject once or twice weekly? do you do 125mg two times a week?
    *Do you know how much protein, carbs and fat you are intaking aprox. per day?
    *You should have some letro or adex on hand in case signs of gyno come..... you want it RIGHT AWAY in the case of gyno popping up

    Thanks alot. I apprecaite all the info. I currently have 1 1/2 vials left so that would be sufficient to only 250 mg a week. I had 4 injections and my strength is thru the roof ... weight is going up by a couple lbs but nothing dramatic prob 3 lbs... im eating a lot but sometimes dont have a crazy appetitie. Iam wondering in the next 2 weeks should i be expecting it to fully kick in?

    I just did my 5th shot last night. My libido is insane, I literally have a permanent semi going. Weight is only up 5 pounds though and strentgh is only slightly increased. Guess it's just the downside of using a long ester.

    im on my 4 week, so had the 4th jab. i wa wondering is it the best thing when runnin test enathate to take one shot per week or 2. im running 500mg pw. i have started to notice a little bit strength wise as possibly my appearance, just look abit fuller but nothing on the weight scene so no hard facts as of yet. i have just recently got hold of some dbol, which im going to run at 50mg per day till the test really kicks in.
