no offense and read my whole post, but your r the guy that I think should deff not run a cycle because you have done little to no real work in the gym and ae just trying to look good. That being said you are going to run this anyway I would say run some test with it but I'm not sure your going to listen.
If you are dead set on just var I would run 50mg a day for 10-12 weeks depending on size of your supply as it is expensive stuff.
For your pct I would run Nolva and you should be fine with just that no clomi imo as var is not as bad as most others.
In closing to you, think first really. (please do) Lift and eat well and put all you can into it and you would be surprised what you could look like in 3-6 months of natural training and eat well.![]()
