    Looks very decent to me.. Could throw in some lean meat in meal #2
    Throw in some fruit throughout the day as well!

    Great job on the 20 lb weight gain!

    Thanks Rugger. I just put it together this week and have been on it for a few days. I've never followed a plan so was looking for feedback on what I created.

    Ok thanks a lot will do on the fruit!! Re: meal 2, I'm still getting used to eating all this food so that meal helps as it's just a shake... can I get away with it for now?
