I only ran it for about 10 weeks, stopped last week. My joints no longer crack, pop, or hurt... wish i still had the money to continue to run it.... have to put money aside for contest prep shit

yeah if you're broke then those supplements are alright but the GH releasing peps worked the best..... my joints feel great now, hope it stays that way
