yes those doses are correct BUT, lol

IMHO id suggest for you to run the deca at 500mg/week and the test @ 400mg/week

just to keep the deca lower, but at a good enough dose to be effective even 400mg would give you good results

dont want run it too high, that invites unwanted sides, especially since it is your 1st time

Yeah thats exactly what I was thinking!very low yet still get something out of it just to go through it all safely the first time yet not totally watse it lol.i know others might lol at that and think its a watse but i'm sure i will be happy and content with any gain I make.
