I actually read that part. Even if I did 10 minutes a day of cardio I would have lost substantial gains. Thats why the only cardio I've been doing lately is walking from my computer to the kitchen. hah!
The part I missed was "for the vast vast majority," I guess I'm not part of that demographic..
I'm currently a kinesiology minor... what would I possibly know?.....
