    the funny thing about needles and syringes is that they are re-useable always.

    yes true they ARE reusable....HIGHLY reccommended to NOT reuse them though......

    I would switch out needle if you are drawing from two different types, if you find out one is contaminated with something, you could be in trouble...just my thoughts...again you should have plenty of needles on hand and switching out takes a second.

    Reusing in what sense?

    After a 4th puncture the thing is like a shard of metal. Who's got that picture of the needle after 4 injections?

    Also reusing syringes/needles (after the initial intramuscular injection) increases chances for infection.

    5 dollar trade off is not worth antibiotics and a trip to the hospital.
