Let me tell you why i hate the laws in the state of maine!!

So tonight I am in Hannaford and this dude tries robbing my fiance right in front of me !!! I YELL "HEY MVTHER****ER YOU BETTER THINK AGAIN !!"

He draws back and lifts his fvcking hoodie up and pulls out a wood grip stainless steel revolver.

BEING ALL TOUGH GUY !!!

I am like is this really happening... I AM NOT SCARED... SO I PULL MY GUN OUT !! AND WAS LIKE "DO YOU FEEL LIKE DYING YOU PIECE OF SH1T !!"

Guy runs...

LOOK this dude THREATENED MY FAMILY ... She was pushing the cart out of the grocery store and this dude tries robbing her WITH MY FVCKING DAUGHTER IN THE CART!!

I felt obligated to protect my family... so i did what was necessary.

I GO HOME !! And the COPS show up... with witness statements saying this dude did all this... They say I am in PERFECT LEGAL RIGHTS TO PROTECT MY FAMILY ... so I dont get ARRESTED ... but instead THEY CONFISCATE MY GUN !!! And give me a summons for carrying a concealed weapon...

Look I understand there are laws put there to protect your family but COME ON... Take my gun when I am PERFECT LEGAL RIGHT TO KILL A MOTHERFVCKER WHO IS THREATENING ME OR MY FAMILY'S LIVES....

Sorry but your argument is BS. Do you think i want every stupid c0ck face to be able to LEGALLY just buy a gun and be in his rights to carry one ? Hell no. If you want to get a gun, go through the proper steps so that you are legal.

You know even if you shot this guy in self defense you'd be going to jail ? How is this protecting your family when your in jail ?

Its protecting his family when the guy tries pistol whipping his wife and he has something to match the attackers force. Its tough to match up fists with a gun. I dont think this guy has a bootleg weapon with filed off serial numbers, it just sounds like he was carrying it under his coat when it should have been over
