keto is a cutting diet which also helps PRESERVE existing muscle while dieting. It is not generally used for GAINING muscle. (Although it can be). So with that said and the fact that you will be in caloric deficit, obviously your workouts will suffer somewhat. You aren't trying to make gains. Many people actually cut their workout volume and intensity quite a bit on this diet. Because, once again, the goal is to preserve as much as possible. Not to grow.

Thanks. I've done loads of research on this diet and read many of your posts. Is cheese allowed on the diet? Can it be thrown in my salads or in my eggs? I've done hours of research and haven't found an answer to this question.

I never used any dairy other than in my weekly cheatmeal, but other members here have pointed out to me that you can find cheeses with under half a gram of carbs from sugar per serving. I think in moderation it would be ok to use those types of cheese with your salad and eggs. But make sure it's used sparingly.
