I get a little boost for a few hours after I take it each time but thats it. I mean theres times when I get up at 8, and by 6 my legs are tired and i am just dragging....
BUT, I am also 9.5 weeks into training for a comp, and am currently 3.5 weeks out....so that I am sure is a major contributer.
