    I agree on deca bloat. I personally think deca is nasty stuff, I will never take it again.
    I really dont think having a Burger or 2 a week is cheating. Thats 30 grams of protein and 500 calories in a Big mac. Seeing as these thing rarely fill you up anyway, they can be a godsend when trying to bulk up. (sometimes eating 4000 + calories is hard)

    isnt it better if u get ur 4000 calories a day from good foods ?? big mac has 500 calories and lots of bad and ugly fats for example , u can get the same amount of calories through the good fats instead even if its harder , its always harder, no pain no gain .
