I like to have about 3 cups of green tea a day, one of which is with dinner (pwo) and although it does have some caffeine (41mg/tea bag) I consume it for its' antioxiants (sp?). Yeah, consuming most of your caffeine pre workout is optimal, having small amounts pwo isn't necessarily bad.
