    Which LA Fitness? My friend did the Super Heavy at that show last year and told me he saw Stan at "our" LA Fitness a few weeks back.

    I know he lifts at golds in the tacoma area....my gf and I workout at the la fitness in federal way

    stan efferding

    Hi there,

    When is you guys next workout with Stan? I'd love to come by and watch. I met Stan at our gym in Lakewood and he's huge! I dont know him but I know he works out there.
