its ok to do, but keep in mind that once you go up in dose, its hard to tell yourself you don't need that much in the future

how many cycles have you done?

you can still gain off 500, that is what I am on now

you can always split an ampule if needed, you would just preload a syringe and use it for the next shot, as long as you keep everything sterile
