Ever eat raw beef? I love it

A lot of americans frown on it but steak tartar (raw beef) is a delicacy in most of europe.

What you do is go to a butcher and get yourself some fresh top sirloin or tenderloin. Get it medium ground.

Then take a raw egg yolk, salt, pepper, onions, and whatever other spices you want (I top it off with cayenne pepper too), mix it all together and slather that shit on some rye bread.....

If you go to a good butcher that has experience with how to cut beef for steak tartar and you get fresh beef there's not much risk. Been eating it for years. In fact I am eating it right now. fack this tastes good.
