    ronnie rowland and phate

    they both were promoted yesterday and are well deserving of it. it just goes to show that we do watch our members and when were ready to promote someone we go with the person or people who have been the most helpful and who we feel are the most loyal. neither one of them even knew this was coming but it was well deserved. they both have been extremly helpful and there knowledge is extremly valuable to this board.

    I think ronnie knows his stuff, I see alot of his post in the workout forum and look at things alot like he does. I cant place phate, but Im sure he is deserving too. Good job guys!!

    Congrats to both Phate and Ronnie. They both spend a ton of time and show a lot of patience with questions many of us would find elementary. Although now that Ronnie's name is in blue I will never convince him decline benches are worthless.
