    when I was at 4800 cals ed and trying to break 5k one of the vets on here told me it would be the best thing I could do and I would be very happy with the results and I have. my buds told me the same and thats when I was just over 200lb. If you guys think 5000 cals is too much than I think you are not eating enough. and I know more than a few people who have competed nationally. one of them still does. they may not be my best friends but I talk to them enough to get tips.

    your tdce is at least 1800-2000kcal below 5000kcal... numbers dont make sense, you'd be soo freakin fat from that stuff.. over eating by 2000k a day, you be pulling on a 1lb of fat a day...

    try to remember, alotta what you eat past your tdce turns into fat...

    that's why when you bulk, you only go 400kcal over your tdce...

    go check out smokethedays blog he has going...he eats i think 7000 a day and wants to up it almost 10,000 at one point...to each there own...if it works for you, run with it
