I calculated your BMR.... 2100... even if you're extremely active and multiply your BMR by 1.9 thats still roughly 4000 calories. 5400 calories ed is 1400 calories EXCESS, there is 3000 calories in a lb of fat, at that rate you'd be putting on over 3lbs of fat per week. Theres NO WAY you can maintain 11% bodyfat at that rate. The math doesn't add up. What body fat % did you start at before you started eating this way BTW?
