I got aggrivated this morning when I saw personal trainers at Golds Gym who were probably 5'11 and 140lb MAX, who the hell would want them to train, they don't do anything. The equipment is numbered and they just follow the numbers and tell the people how many reps to do.

I'm just glad that when I go to work out at 5am, I'm the only one in the female section which is closed off from the rest of the gym and has the nicest equipment that way i have no one to bother me.

i just had a talk with a friend of mine about this, i haven't seen him in years and he works out at gold's gym so we started talking in between sets and there were about 5 "PTs" on the floor with their clients

it was during semi-quiet hours and we were discussing how the PTs here don't know anything and just count reps for 60$ an hour and then give the client a free carbo shake and send them out the door with a smile and a behind their back

for some reason the PT's kept giving us glares, lol

i saw the stupidest thing a couple days ago at the gym

i'm doing empty stomach cardio at 7am, just minding my own business when i notice this guy walk in and my mouth just dropped.

this guy took sagging/wannabe gangsterness(nice word huh) to a whole new level. he's over 6 feet tall, probably 130lbs in a wife beater, sideways hat, PAJAMA PANTS, and to top it off, his pants are LITERALLY around his knees, i can see his legs between his boxers and pants

i'm in awe so i watch as him and his friends walk around staring at the girls, not lifting a single weight, then low and behold, they start doing curls

the whole time this retard is doing curls, he has to stop every few reps to pull up his pants, WTF?

No, It is not just you. I have seen the same damn problem, they obviously have no respect for the gym or gym etiquette. If he wants to go to a gym and just walk around and just BS, tell him to go to Bally's. The whole pants thing got started in prison and that means you are somebody's beaaaatch.
