I've finished a cycle a month ago and got some gyno issues now. I have purchased some letro and nolva. When do i exactly add the nolva, beginning or towards the end of the letro therapy?
Day1-1.25
Day2-1.25
Day3-2.5
Day4-2.5
Day5-1.25
Day6-1.25
Another question is after i have finished the letro therapy, my oestrogen levels will obviously be quite low? Will the oestrogen levels come back up to it's normal state or do i need to supplement it with anything?

After letro you'll probably wanna run another AI for alittle do to the estro rebound from letro. Then after that you should be fine

i take letro and nolva for pct because it works for me......i use letro sometimes .25/day throughout my cycle also...... but i always fininsh with nolva for 10-14 days longer than my letro for precautionary measures of estrogen rebound and have had no problems. hope this helps.
