for a newbie, anything synthetic test will yield some results (given proper circumstances), but why 250 when you can take advantage of 500mg/week to maximize a cycle?
Why not a 1000, 1500? I have yet to see one person who did an initial cycle of 250-300mgs a week say anything except great things about the gains they made.
